We at Proletas believe that food is foundational, fueling, and fulfilling when done right. We believe that physical health and fitness are essential to a person's happiness. We believe that food is more than just fuel, and that it can be a celebration and a reward.  To that end, we make a high protein ice cream bar that is intentionally designed as a post workout recovery treat.

Our protein ice cream bars have a macro profile that supports muscle (the foundation), just enough calories to support repair (the fueling), and the indulgent taste that lets you have both  happy and healthy.  We understand that sometimes exercising is hard, and that positive behavior should be rewarded and reinforced. Each bar has up to 31 grams of protein.  That's each bar.  You don't have to eat a whole tub of ice cream to get that same amount of protein.  We aren't playing the "serving size game," each bar is a serving, and each serving has 19 to 31 grams of protein, depending on the flavor.  We have vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, key lime pie, cappuccino, dark chocolate, cherry limeade, and coconut.

We partner with gyms, supplement shops, and smoothie bars to sell our bars, as well as through e-commerce and pop up events.  We also sell on line, and can have it put on your doorstep (under dry ice, so the bars don't melt).  www.proletas.com/shop to order them.
